About me
After graduating college with 4 A*s, I began studying law at university and discovered a passion for powerlifting. Starting with little strength, I became the university’s current top Dots powerlifter within two years, while also training in MMA. Helping others improve their performance deepened my curiosity about the science of strength and hypertrophy, turning my passion into a purposeful pursuit.

George and I first met during our initial year at university. Approximately six months prior to his competition in Essex, he was in need of a coach. Having developed a strong theoretical understanding of powerlifting and biomechanics, I assumed the role of his coach and competition handler. Under my guidance, George competed in the East Midlands Sub-Junior 105 kg category, where he set a new record within the IPF by totalling 620 kg at the age of 18. Witnessing his success was an immensely rewarding experience; his dedication, discipline, and continuous improvement were truly commendable.
